Step-by-step guide for sharing inbox and conversation for team.

Step 1: Click on the WorkSpace and navigate to https://waplus.io/crm/home;

Step 2: In setting, switch to the auto sync mode;

Step 3: Go back to WhatsApp Web and refresh the page, the sync mode and synchronization status will be presented in the chatting area.

Step 4: Go to Workspace - Conversation page and view the backup history.

The administrator of Workspace can view messages synchronized by team members.
