Step 1: Access Contact Information

• Click the contact information icon in the upper right corner.
• A window on the right will open, displaying the contact's details, including an introduction, notes, and basic information.

Step 2: Profile Tab

• Within the contact information window, click on the "Profile" tab.
• You'll find sections like Contact Info, Sales Info, Company Info, and Follow-up Time.
• Modify the contact's personal information, sales stage, company details, and follow-up schedule as needed.

Step 3: Notes Tab

• Click on the "Notes" tab to add or view notes about the contact.
• This helps in maintaining important information for future reference.

Step 4: Basic Info Tab

• Visit the "Basic Info" tab to view the contact's WhatsApp-related information.
