As a SaaS provider, all products and services offered by WAPlus and its business units are non-tangible and irrevocable. We hope you can read the terms and conditions carefully before subscription.

  • New users can access a 7-day free trial of WAPlus
  • We highly recommend trying our product during the free trial period to fully understand its functionality and features before subscribing

Refund Terms

We ACCEPT refund requests for:

  • Technical errors occur due to our system bug
  • Subscribers can request a full refund within 24 hours of the initial payment
    • For example, if subscribe at 15:00 on 2025/01/10, users can request for refund before 15:00 on 2025/01/11
    • The refund eligibility does not apply to renewal payments, plan upgrades or repurchases after cancellation
    • No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the service

We DO NOT ACCEPT refund requests for:

  • Lack of usage
  • General dissatisfaction
  • Features you didn't use during the free trial period

WhatsApp-Related Limitations

Please note that in the event of a WhatsApp account suspension or temporary unavailability of certain functionalities due to WhatsApp version updates, refunds will not be processed. As WAPlus operates as a plugin, any updates related to WhatsApp functionalities may experience delays compared to WhatsApp's official updates.

Subscription Terms

Billing Cycle:

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period

Payment Authorization:

  • By subscribing, you authorize WAPlus to charge your payment method
  • This authorization remains valid until you cancel your subscription

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation Guide:

  • Scroll up to the top of this page and click on Account Info - My Profile → Cancel Subscription
  • Contact WAPlus Support Team for assistance

Cancellation Terms:

  • Your cancellation will prevent future subscription renewals
  • After cancellation, your access of current subscription will remain available until the end of the paid period
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the service
