Businesses and professionals can manage communications more
efficiently with WhatsApp Auto Reply, especially when dealing
with high volumes of messages. Here is a step-by-step guide to
configuring WhatsApp auto replies with WAPlus.
Note: Auto Reply can be used unlimited for Starter, Pro, Growth
Version.
Step 1: Access the Auto-Reply Feature
Click on the
Automation, within which you can view all created auto-reply messages.
There are 2 types of Auto-Reply: Matching Keywords & Reply
All.
Step 2: Matching Keywords Reply
Within the
Matching Keywords
sub tab, click on the
Add Keywords Reply;
Edit template name, keywords, reply content and attachments;
Customize the advanced settings as needed.
When a contact's message matches the keywords you set, an
automatic reply will be triggered.

Step 3: Reply All
Within the
Matching Keywords
sub tab, click on the
Add Reply All;
Edit template name, keywords, reply content and attachments;
Customize the advanced settings as needed.
When a contact's message doesn't match any keyword templates,
this type of template will be triggered.
Step 4: Activate Auto-Reply
After the creation, remember to manually switch it on/off.
Advanced Setting
Ineffective in active chats:
Not to use auto reply in active chats.
Archive after reply: Archive the conversation after replying.
Quote when reply: Reply with a citation of
the sender’s message.
Block the sender: Instead of replying, the sender will
be blocked while you
receiving the message with expected keyword.
Allowed only on specific days: Select the day of the week to use the auto-reply.
Allow to auto reply in groups: Select the groups that can use auto-replies.
Examples of auto-reply messages
WhatsApp auto-reply messages can vary based on the context and
purpose. Here are some sample auto-reply messages for different
situations:
General Auto Reply:
"Thank you for your message! I'm currently away from my phone
but will get back to you as soon as possible."
Business Hours Response:
"Hello! Thanks for reaching out. Our business hours are
[mention your hours]. We'll respond promptly during these
times."
Vacation Auto Reply:
"Greetings! I'm currently on vacation and might not be
checking messages regularly. I'll respond to your message when
I return on [date]. Thank you for your understanding!"
Meeting or Busy Response:
"Hi! I'm currently in a meeting and may not be able to respond
right away. I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Thank you
for your patience."
Customized Promotional Message:
"Thanks for your message! Did you know we're running a special
promotion this month? Check out our website [insert link] for
more details!"
Event Reminder Auto Reply:
"Hello! Thanks for reaching out. Just a quick note that our
event is coming up on [date]. We look forward to seeing you
there!"
