Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel subscription request is accepted at any time, and there are 2 ways to do so:
Profile - My Plan - Cancel the Subscription;
Contacting the online customer service.
Your cancellation will be effective on the last day of the subscription. You may continue to use the subscription until your cancellation takes effect, and no refunds will be issued.
Can I get refund?
WAPlus DO NOT guarantee refunds for lack of usage or dissatisfaction.
WAPlus ACCEPT refund requests for the following reasons:
Errors occur due to our system bug;
Users are entitled to receive a full refund within 24 HOURS of the first payment.
