Step 1: Click on
broadcast message
on the contact list area;
Step 2: Create a Broadcast Message
Select the tab of contact;
Manually enter message text and attachments as need; or choose
the message templates you created in quick reply;
You can choose to add WhatsApp number, contact name, timestamp
to personalize the messages;
After creation, click

Step 3: Check Sending Process
Go to the
process
tab, the real-time sending status is completely transparent.
You can also check and export sending results, and retry the
failed sending with 1 click.
Step 4: Manage Broadcast Messages
Go to the
automation
tab, where you can check the status of broadcast messages.
You can also edit, duplicate or delete all the broadcast
messages.
