Manage contact profiles directly on WhatsApp Web, and make notes or other additional information of your contacts.
Step 1: Click on the Contact Info;
Step 2: On Profile tab, you can edit profiles to contacts, such as basic info, sales info, company info, and view follow-up time here;
Step 3: On Notes tab, you can add notes to the contact to record the related matters.
