Creating responding templates and use them during chatting to
handle messages efficiently.
Note: Quick Reply can be used unlimitedly in the Starter, Pro, Growth
Version. However, you can also access it once in the Free
version.
Step 1: Navigate to
Quick Reply
in the toolbar;
Step 2: Click
Add Quick Reply
to create commonly used reply templates;
Step 3: Input the details of templates, pro users can create templates
with video, image, and file attachments.
Step 4: Click
Save
.

send
in the template list while chatting.
