Step 1: Click on the Integrationsicon on the top bar;
Step 2: Click on the Connectbutton, and switch it on in the workspace;

First, enable the Salesforce feature
Head back to WhatsApp Web
Open "Salesforce integration" panel to get started
Enable Salesforce integration by clicking on the "Connect App" button
