Unlock the possibilities of a seamless Zoho CRM WhatsApp Integration.

    Note: Zoho Integration can be unlocked in the Growth Version.

Step 1: Click on the Integrations on the upper right corner;

Step 2: Click on the Connectbutton, and switch it on in the workspace;

Step 3: Now Switch back to WhatsApp web, the Integration icon will shown as Zoho; 

Step 4: Open a chat, and click on the Zoho, you can link or create contacts with 1 click;

Step 5: After linking or creating, contacts info can viewedor updated in one place without switching back and forth;

Step 6: Turn on theAuto Sync set on WorkSpace - Setting if needed;

Step 7: Create notes, tasks, deals and tickets on WhatsApp; always keep your CRM up to date.

For admins

First, enable the Zoho feature

Head back to WhatsApp Web

Open "Zoho integration" panel to get started

Enable Zoho integration by clicking on the "Connect App" button

Open a chat and link/create a contact
