Can I use WAPlus CRM for free?
Yes! We offer a free version of WAPlus CRM with limited features so you can try out the basics before deciding if you need the Pro or Business plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
For subscription, we accepts credit cards and Google Pay.
For one-time payment, we accepts Grabpay and Przelewy24.
All payments are securely processed through trusted gateways.
Will my plan be renewed every month?
If you choose the subscription, your plan will automatically renew every month before you unsubscribe.
How to cancel my subscription?
We allow our users to cancel their subscriptions at any time directly at waplus.io. Please follow the steps:
Step 1.Scroll up to the top of this page
Step 2.Click in the profile in the up right corner
Step 3.Click button with [cancel]
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can upgrade subscription at any time at pricing page. When you upgrade, you’ll get immediate access to the new features.
Currently, we do not support downgrade. If you need, please cancel your current subscription, and subscribe for the new desired one.
